Mini sessions are perfect when you need some emergency insight or soothing in an especially tight schedule. The perfect length of time for a check-in or an abbreviated guided meditation or practice. We'll dive in quickly and make the most of every minute.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, missed attendance cannot be refunded and, to protect all participants, there will be no recordings of the sessions themselves.
